Their logo is "bold wine for bold living", which will appeal to a certain demographic that shall remain nameless. But if we were here to review marketing and not the actual content, we may actually generate a loyal following. That's not what we are about here. How's that for bold?
Picked this up on a whirl from the big box chain down the road. Raw tannins with notes of oak and chocolate, and a little bit of cassis on the back end. Some charred oak influence but the chocolate and dark berry infuse everything with a burly punch. Lots of action going on here, which is in accordance with the whole bold living mantra. Might want to temper with a nice plate of meat and cheese.
